We help companies structure effective strategic alliances with people and other companies. Your business will be much stronger and more resilient when partnering with people and companies with complementary skills and/or products and services. RESULT: In this project, we partnered with an innovative technology company to make introductions to key contacts in a specific target market. The technology company increased annual sales revenue by $1.5M through this alliance, significantly boosting lead generation. These strategic introductions also positioned the firm as a market leader in a new space.

VALUE PROPOSITION STRATEGY

A strong, carefully thought-through value proposition is vital for any business and serves as the foundation on which you can continue to build and excel in your business.  RESULT: We created a strategic customer value proposition (VP) for a global real estate brokerage. This forced the brokerage to become disciplined in understanding their customers. Now, the brokerage can back up their claims when questioned by their customers (rather than discounting price); therefore, increasing revenues and saving time. The VP process also helped uncover a new service offering while clarifying messaging in marketing.

MARKETING STRATEGY

Your marketing strategy is the foundation of your marketing plan. We find it important to create a flexible strategy that can respond to changes in customer perceptions and demand. It may also help you identify whole new markets that you can successfully target for a competitive advantage.  RESULT: We partnered with an entertainment company to develop a solid marketing strategy for their sales team. After our in-depth research, we put together an overall strategy and messaging for each of their four vertical markets to boost lead generation. This increased sales in one verticle by 25%, and a combined sales growth of 49%.

DIGITAL STRATEGY

A digital marketing strategy is a focus on planning, acting, and optimizing digital channels against your defined targets. We believe that an integrated digital strategy is essential to define new segmentation, targeting, and positioning for your online value proposition.  RESULT: A recruitment firm was looking to increase its social media presence. We completed a social scan and multiple types of personalized surveys to determine the firm’s top social sites, including customer personas. Then we focused on the decision-making to determine which channels would lead to the greatest lead generation and implementation. After three months, followers increased by 300% and engagement by 200%, developing a sales pipeline.
