RESULT: We created a strategic customer value proposition (VP) for a global real estate brokerage. This forced the brokerage to become disciplined in understanding their customers. Now, the brokerage can back up their claims when questioned by their customers (rather than discounting price); therefore, increasing revenues and saving time. RESULT: We partnered with an entertainment company to develop a solid marketing strategy for their sales team. After our in-depth research, we put together an overall strategy and messaging for each of their four vertical markets to boost lead generation. This increased sales in one verticle by 25%, and a combined sales growth of 49%.
