Over the past 25 years, we’ve served wonderful clients while working with many of the Fortune 500 companies.Throughout our experiences, we found one area of our work we most notably enjoyed; strategy.

Today we’re finding that more and more companies have very little time for creating a solid strategy, or that a strategy is not reaching departments at a deep enough level within a company for employees to understand, embrace and implement for success. In these particular cases, you can probably guess what happens next. The company misses its target.

This is why we founded Strategic Talent Associates.

In our work we find there is a stronger need for smart companies to partner with chief strategy officer to guide the most brightest executives with their strategic initiatives. More often than not, a chief strategy officer is a breath of fresh air and desperately needed to help executives break down strategy into not only actionable, but meaningful steps where all company departments understand and execute.This process is an absolute must for the entire company when looking to achieve a targeted goal. All eyes across departments need to aim for the same target for real success.
